Service Guide Parts
If purchased new bike, found it with some faulty part.can i ask dealer to replace the bike or only faulty part?
I got new bike last week(bullet 10800 Rs). second day itself found that there is some problem with wheel and got to know that it is manufacturing defect from the service mechanic. can i ask the dealer to replace the whole bike with new one or the only faulty part.? as the problem exists from the day one itself.. please guide me on this.
So, if there is a defective valve stem cap, you believe they should give you a whole new motorcycle?
Really? I'm thinking your dealer was better off before they had you as a customer.
Of course they are going to replace just the defective part.
