Paradox with Planck Length?
I was doing some reading on Zeno's paradoxes and I understand the ideas of limits, but his reasoning seemed to be flawless which leads to the conclusion that there must be an indivisible unit of distance and to my best guess, it would be a Planck length.
The problem with having a base unit will occur with rotation. If a rod is rotating about one end, then at one snapshot of time, the very tip of the rod will have rotated a Planck length, but how much would the rest of the rod have rotated? If we define the center of rotation as being the point with no angular velocity, then the entire rod is the center of rotation.
This also leads to the question of whether the universe rounds up because if you plot the positions of the rod by Planck length's there will be some conflict of each point's positions.
