Getting married in June and I have no idea were to go on our honeymoon?

Were having a pretty elaborate big wedding and NEED a great get a way! I'm only 21 and have no experience with destinations. My family is French and I go to Europe every year so I want something romantic relaxing and prob tropical beachy, were not very naturey so no rock climbing or anything, I just like all inclusive. My fiancee is a very hard working he works in the oil field as a BOP tester, and is on call 24/7 he has never been on a plane or anywhere nice so I just want his first time to be perfect. Plus I still want to not pay an arm and a leg, so when's the best to purchase the honeymoon and where is a great place? I've heard Mexico is having problems there so I'd like to stay away from there
