Is blinking a lot normal?
My parents and friends have always told me I blink a lot, ever since I was little. When I notice, I try to slow it down, but I really have to focus.
In terms of previous eye problems, I wear glasses (near-sighted) but they're not very strong (-.75). There's also a long line of glaucoma in my family, but my dad and i both got tested for it. We have the warning signs for it but they are false alarms, my optic nerve is larger than normal (or so my eye doctor says).
So, is it normal?
try drinking more water..sometimes you blink more when your eyes feel dry or when they have less moisture.
