what kinds of spec should a MoBo must have for this. (budget less than $150)

I dont need a crossfire since im not using ATI and plus save more money.

what is fan connectors , is this important for a MoBo
iv compare and match some MoBo online, some have fan connectors and some dont show if they have any. is this bad
Any modern motherboard with a PCI Express x16 video card slot will handle that video card. It's more a queistion of whther your power supply has the required power and connectors. Micro ATX or standard ATX's are fine
RAM types on a video card are completely independent of the motherboard. You can mix or match all different types.
Most motherboards come with at least three fan connectors, one for the cpu, one for the video card, and one or more for a system fan. These are used to keep the cpu/gpu appropriately cool.
ANY motherboard that fits your Core i5 Sandy Bridge processor will work with that video card and have the needed fan connections. The only other key spec is to buy a motherboard with a P67 chipset if you bought the unlocked Core i5-2500K, otherwise any chipset will work.
