choose your target clients : individuals or companies ??
for individuals you will need a shop, you can open next to everybody else, for companies you will need an office and a great contact list.
if you open next to everybody else, you will be offering the same and will only pick traffic from that area, if you want people to come to you, find another location where there are no other computer stores, with high traffic of people and open over there.
your prices will have to be competitive and you will have to offer stuff that makes you stand out, dont go looking for top end vey expensive stuff, this disqualifies you from the start
