What do you think of my resume , please tell me??
i am having real trouble with my resume for past 2 -3 weeks.
I have this previous job experience , but I don't like the way "It SOUNDS".

How do I upgrade this experience I wrote , because this sounds so generic to me.. i am applying for an entry level electrical engineering job....
i mean i have seen people who has won awards and promotion after a few months in their Job. and i didn't get any of those , so how else can I upgrade my Job experience ? ? ?
Your wording is inconsistent.
START YOUR SENTENCES WITH ACTION VERBS. You do this well on your third sentence, but not on the first two. It needs to read:
*Read and interpreted mechanical, optical, and electric specifications.
*Used multi-meters, digital oscilloscopes, DVM and function generators.
But you also need to include the purpose-why did you read these things and use DVM and function generators? Did you use them to go shopping? Because you were supposed to? Was it your hobby? Why did you test digital circuits and generate test reports? Did you do it for kicks? Nothing better to do on a Saturday night?
You also want to expand the description. Write a two or three sentence paragraph between the job title and the bullet points. As an electronic technician, what were your main responsibilities? Write them out in the paragraph, and then use the bullet points to explain how you performed your responsibilities. "Electronics technician" is a very broad, vague title. Use the paragraph to describe your duties and responsibilities at your last job, and the bullet points to show how you performed these tasks.
After the bullet points, write a brief sentence or two as to how reading meters and gauges and reporting on your readings helped Job Electronics. It makes you look like what you did really mattered and that you see the overall corporate picture of what your employers are trying to do and how you helped them achieve their goals. It makes you look like a valuable, knowledgebale potential hire.
You have to remember, at most big companies it is not your immediate supervisor who will interview. It is someone from the Human Resources department who is not an engineer will interview you first to see if you pass muster to be referred to the next round of interviews.
Since the HR is not a technician or engineer, you need to use your resume to explain what you did so she understands that you have the qualifications and know the objectives of the job to the company's satisfaction.
