What are some guidelines on reading the ACV, DCV, DCA and ACA on a Multimeter?
Volts are measured in parallel with circuit.Amps are measured in series with circuit. AC Reading are in RMS (root mean square or dc equivalence).Readings are determined by the meter settings(always start with highest scale then lower it) Accuracy is determined by the Ohms per volt rating on the meter(biggest is most accurate(less parasitic load))
